Cleaning the Cafe Cap:

This model of lid requires you to try to disassemble it to clean it because there will be accumulated stains... The method for disassembling the lid to clean it is to unscrew the screw under the lid first, then pull out the next piece one by one until it's all gone. See the example image below.
