Shipping

We consider the convenience and expectations of our customers. Therefore, there are various shipping options to meet different product needs. We have 3 delivery channels:

1. Send products via EMS / Kerry Express.

Items sent via EMS / Kerry Express will reach the customer within 1-2 business days after payment has been confirmed.

Tracking number will be notified via SMS on the day of delivery to the registered mobile number.

*All areas throughout Thailand We can deliver products to customers.

Kerry Express will deliver products every day, excluding holidays (Monday - Sunday).

Orders ordered and paid before 12.00 hrs. will be packaged and delivered on the same day: the customer will receive the product the next day.

Orders ordered and paid after 12.00 hrs. will be packed and delivered the next day: the customer will receive the product the day after tomorrow.

2. Express delivery via Grabbike, received in 3 hours.

Stores can send Grabbike/Lalamove Available for customers within Bangkok There will be additional shipping costs based on distance.

After the customer has paid There will be an admin calling to confirm receipt of the product and informing of additional shipping costs. On the delivery page, select Local Delivery.

3. Pick up the product at the store.

Customers can choose to pick up their products at Soi Sukhumvit 22 by selecting "store pick up" in the delivery process. And customers can choose to pay in advance or pay at the store (choose COD) depending on the customer's convenience.
