Equipment rental process

How to rent and return equipment

Select the product you want to rent on the website and click on the deposit button. Then, add the product to your cart and pay.

Refund of Deposit

After the store has checked the usage of the returned product and the product can be used normally, the money will be refunded directly to the customer's account, which usually takes no more than 3 business days.

Counting rental days

The store will start counting from the day the customer receives the product, based on the date the postal system shows as successful delivery, until the day the customer returns the product to the carrier.

Maintenance of rented equipment

Every rental item is cleaned by the shop after receiving the returned item. Therefore, everyone can be assured that our products are clean and ready to use.

For every rental item, we have usage instructions and storage instructions attached to the item before returning it. Please study them every time.

* Caution when using Trekking poles : "Do not unfold the pole after use. Fold the pole away every time to prevent the pole from getting stuck."

If the device is damaged

  1. If any accessories are lost, the store will deduct some of the deposit depending on the condition of the product.
  2. If the main device is partially damaged but still usable, the store will deduct the deposit according to the damage.
  3. If the main device is damaged to the point of being unusable, the shop will confiscate the entire deposit, or if the deposit is lower than the damage value, the shop will contact the customer to pay more... and if the customer does not pay more, the shop will ban the customer from the system, making them unable to rent and purchase products from Runnercart anymore.

Using RR POINT to redeem rental discounts

Redeem discounts with accumulated points

RR POINT points can be redeemed by customers for a discount on rental fees, but the discount should not exceed the rental fee (excluding the deposit) as the store cannot refund the discount.

  1. Click to redeem RR Points from the shopping cart page and select a discount from the drop down.
  2. The discount will be applied on the payment page.
