GEL-KAYANO 30 is a stability running shoe that can be worn every day. It is soft and comfortable and comes with a new 4D GUIDANCE SYSTEM ™ technology that helps prevent the foot from falling inward. It helps support the arch of the foot to prevent it from falling inward while running. This model has taken the GEL that is visible from the outside and also used PureGEL ™, the new technology found in the GEL-NIMBUS 25, in the heel area to help absorb impact while running.

- ENGINEERED STRETCH KNIT UPPER : Soft knit fabric with a thin, highly stretchy tongue for a snug fit.
- 4D GUIDANCE SYSTEM™ : A new anti-instep system that helps to support the arch of the foot to prevent it from falling inward while running, and the base of the sole has been widened to increase stability when placing the foot.
- FF BLAST+ MIDSOLE : The new foam is 20% Bio-based, outstanding in softness, bounce, light weight and also increased thickness to 4 mm. for better shock absorption.
- PURE GEL : The gel sheet is hidden in the shoe, at the heel, to help increase shock absorption in the short foot area. The Pure Gel has been adjusted to be 65% softer than normal gel and has a 4% increase in bounce force compared to normal gel.
- OUTSOLE : The wide, stable base comes with AHAR+ rubber sole, known for its durability.
