คำแนะนำในการเลือกไซซ์ :
- วางส้นเท้าให้ชิดผนัง วางไม้บรรทัดหรือสายวัดบนพื้นโดยให้จุดเริ่มต้นตรงกับส้นเท้า วัดความยาวของเท้าจากส้นเท้าถึงปลายเท้านิ้วที่ยาวที่สุด
- หลังจากได้ความยาวเท้าจริงของเท้าให้บวกความยาวเพิ่มจากขนาดเท้าจริง 1-1.5 cm เพื่อความสบายในการสวมใส่ขณะวิ่ง
- นำความยาวที่ได้ไปเทียบกับตารางไซส์ด้านบน ให้อ้างอิงความยาวจากช่อง CM โดยเลือกไซซ์ตามความยาวที่บวกความยาวเพิ่มแล้ว
