Advice for choosing size:
- Place your heels close to the wall.
- Place a ruler or measuring tape on the floor. Let the starting point align with the heel.
- Measure the length of your foot from heel to toe on the longest inch.
- Plus the length is increased by 1-1.5 cm from the actual foot size for comfort when wearing while running.
