How to choose the size of T8 Commandos and Sherpa Short
- Measure your waist circumference (above the navel).
- The pants are quite tight and fit snugly. People with a small waist but thighs are recommended to size up.
- The underwear is quite stretchy. The waist is right across the size and can fit both small and large sizes.

- The pants are unisex sized, so men should wear a regular Sherpa size, while women should size down (e.g. women's M = unisex S). The waistband will feel tight at first but with use the fabric will adjust to your waistline.
- Measuring the size. If the waist circumference is across the size, you can wear a large size. For example, a waist circumference of 34" can wear M and L. Only M will tighten the waist. Wearing L will be comfortable.
