คำแนะนำในการเลือกไซซ์ :
- วางส้นเท้าให้ชิดผนัง วางไม้บรรทัดหรือสายวัดบนพื้น ให้จุดเริ่มต้นตรงกับส้นเท้า วัดความยาวของเท้าจากส้นเท้าถึงปลายเท้านิ้วที่ยาวที่สุด
- หลังจากได้ความยาวเท้าจริงแล้วให้บวกความยาวเพิ่มจากขนาดเท้าจริง 1-1.5 cm. จะได้ขนาดรองเท้าที่สวมใส่สบายขณะวิ่ง
- นำความยาวที่ได้ไปเทียบกับตารางไซส์ด้านบน ถ้าเท้ากว้างแนะนำให้บวกไซซ์เพิ่มจากปกติไปอีก 0.5 -1 ไซซ์
