- วางส้นเท้าให้ชิดผนัง วางไม้บรรทัดหรือสายวัดบนพื้นโดยให้จุดเริ่มต้นตรงกับส้นเท้า วัดความยาวของเท้าจากส้นเท้าถึงปลายเท้านิ้วที่ยาวที่สุด
