Warranty from Garmin Thailand
- Garmin[1] products purchased from January 1, 2024 onwards will receive a 2-year product warranty, with the first year of the warranty having to comply with the terms and conditions of the Garmin[1] product. Conditional product warranty (Garmin consumer global limited warranty) and the 2nd year which is an extended warranty in Thailand, overseen by Garmin. Thailand is limited to purchasing products through official Garmin distributors in Thailand only. Step 3: Receiving the Equipment
- You do not need to ship the product to the Garmin Thailand center yourself. But you need to pack the product in a shipping box (please remove the watch band) and attach your waybill on the front of the shipping box.

After Garmin Thailand receives your device, we will send you an SMS and email to notify you.
- In the case that the product has expired or is outside of the warranty conditions, such as various scratches caused by use. We will inform you of the costs again. We will then confirm your payment within 1-2 business days and will notify you via email after the payment has been confirmed. Step 5: Repair Process
- Garmin Thailand will fix the problem or replace the unit according to Garmin's procedures without prior notice.
- In case the problem is resolved or no problem found We will contact you directly to send your product back.
Step 6: Return Process
- Garmin Thailand will deliver the repaired or exchanged product to the address you entered via online repair within 2-3 business days.
